Thariq Mahmud Enterprise (TME) was founded under Notarial Deed No. 002 on January 10, 2017, before Notary Elly Rustam, SH. The establishment of the company was subsequently ratified by the Minister of Law and Human Rights Decree Number: AHU-0002158.AH.01.01 of 2017.

As a holding company, Thariq Mahmud Enterprise (TME) manages several subsidiary companies operating in various fields. Our primary focus lies in coal mining and trading, yet we are also active in real estate, tourism, and hospitality.
